Found the content and format very interesting--the format, the simplicity of language and with pics holds the attention span and added with using the electronic media to share. Content, is an incredible love story like that of the "Mills and Boons" except real and without the knight on the horse to save the damsel and this makes it a love story still in the making....Looking forward to El Fleco II?
Just love it and we all love Katie for who she is...I do. Itara la!!!

Kate's artistic plunge is convincingly reflective of a sort of metamorphosis personified, all given effect through the most powerful global communication fixture--internet technology. Its use has enabled her to enjoy artistic freedom beyond limit, yet, as she re-connects with her most fundamental human instinct of self-identification, her retreat to familiar psychological territory ironically but necessarily re-imposes limits.

Wish I was able to see the exhibit in person. I've met Katie a few times through a mutual friend and thought she was hilarious! Although I knew she worked at ICA, I wasn't familiar with her artistic background, but I'm so pleased to see her taking this step. Must say I was intrigued by the electronic book. Most poignant, her line re: the fb generation, "Make it smaller, everything. Text, don't call". Hahaha, I can relate to that!
